De MIVB stelt meer dan 10.000 mensen tewerk in meer dan 300 verschillende beroepen

De digitalisering van onze activiteiten, de modernisering van de metro, de uitbreiding van het tramnet en de bouw van nieuwe remises zijn slechts enkele voorbeelden van de boeiende projecten waarvoor de MIVB enthousiaste medewerkers zoekt.
Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?
Je werkt in de divisie Transport Sytems en je rapporteert aan de Director van het Programma voor de Modernisering van de Metro (PMM).
De hoofdopdracht van het departement bestaat erin het bestaande metronet te voorzien van een nieuw vervoerssysteem. De projecten om dit systeem te ontwikkelen lopen: de levering van nieuwe signalisatie, nieuwe metrostellen, de bouw van een nieuwe stelplaats, de aanpassing van een bestaande stelplaats. De ontwikkeling van perronwanden. Deze zullen eerst toegepast worden op lijnparen L1-5 en L2-6.
Tegelijkertijd zijn er werkzaamheden gestart om L3-4 (trams) tussen Noord en Albert om te vormen tot een metrolijnz.
Het metrovervoerssysteem dat ontwikkeld wordt voor L1-5 zal ook uitgerold worden op deze nieuwe L3.
Als Risk Engineer sta je in voor het risicobeheer voor het Programma voor de Modernisering van de Metro voor L1-5. Bovendien verzeker je de link met het risicobeheer op de L3.L3met als doel de impact van mogelijke risico's van de programma's L3 op de opleveringen van PMM te identificeren
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
- Je garandeert het inventariseren van alle risico's die het bereiken van de QCD-doelstellingen van het PMM en zijn projecten in gevaar kunnen brengen, op korte en lange termijn.
- Je zorgt ervoor, volgens een PDCA-aanpak, dat nieuwe risico's die opduiken beheerd worden door de projectleiders en het programma en je gaat na, op basis van feedback en door gebruik te maken van de corporate ERM-expertise, dat de gekozen matigingsacties om de risico's onder controle te houden geschikt zijn en correct toegewezen zijn aan de verschillende risk owners en risk coordinators.
- Je verzorgt de ERM-rapportering van het programma voor de interne en externe belanghebbende partijen en je volgt de matigingsacties en de evolutie van de risico's nauwgezet op.
- Je bepaalt doelstellingen om het beleid inzake risicobeheer binnen het PMM te verbeteren en je bent de drijvende kracht om deze doelstellingen waar te maken, zowel wat de gebruikte methodes als de invoering van deze tools betreft.
- Je werkt samen met de cel Corporate Risks aan de verbetering van het MIVB-beleid inzake risicobeheer en voert daadwerkelijk bewustmakingswerk uit over dit onderwerp bij verschillende belanghebbenden (inclusief bewustmaking op het vlak van veiligheidsrisico's)
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de risico's die ge dentificeerd worden op het vlak van Preventie en Welzijn op het werk opgenomen worden in de Risk Registers.
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een technische/managementrichting of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt een goede ervaring met complexe technische/industriële werven (ten minste 5 jaar), je hebt ervaring met project management en/of risk management. Je bent in staat om complexe problemen op programmaniveau te detecteren, de betrokken teams te challengen, en aanbevelingen te formuleren op management niveau
- Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig en zoekt spontaan contact met verschillende betrokkenen om hun beperkingen en realiteit zo goed mogelijk te begrijpen.
- Je slaagt erin om collega's te overtuigen van jouw zienswijze.
- Je beheerst MS Office (Outlook en Excel) en JIRA (Risk Management).
- Je bent Franstalig of Nederlandstalig en beschikt over een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal. Een goede kennis van het Engels is gewenst.
- Je hebt bent nauwgezet en hebt zin voor organisatie. Je bent proactief en zelfstandig. Je hebt zin voor analyse, bent georganiseerd en communicatief.
