Onze klant is een familiebedrijf met internationale activiteiten actief in de voedingssector en gelegen te Maasmechelen. Binnen België hebben ze nog drie andere filialen waar hun activiteiten verspreid zijn. Voor hun filiaal in Maasmechelen zijn ze nog op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker.Jouw nieuwe functie
- Je verwerkt klantenorders in SAP en volgt deze ook verder op
- Je zorgt voor het transport van de orders en de correcte documentatie hierrond
- Je maakt de facturen op en eventuele creditnota's
- Je behandelt de klachten
- Je bent de schakel tussen de klanten en de andere interne afdelingen
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie
- Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands en Engels en je kan je behelpen in het Frans.
- Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office en SAP
- Je bent communicatief en gaat klantgericht te werk
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan de kalmte bewaren in drukke periodes
De arbeidsvoorwaarden
- € 3500 - € 4000 bruto
- Tijdelijk contract t.e.m. 31/12/2024 en eventueel kans op verlenging
- Voltijdse tewerkstelling
- Glijdend uurrooster
- Nodige opleiding en ondersteuning wordt voorzien
