Voor onze klant, een bedrijf dat behoort tot een gerenommeerde groep gespecialiseerd in infrastructuur, zijn we op zoek naar een Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
Als Payroll & Benefits Specialist beheer en optimaliseer je de verloning en de extralegale voordelen. Je zorgt voor een efficiënt beheer ervan in overeenstemming met de wettelijke verplichtingen. Daarnaast bied je strategische ondersteuning aan de directie en begeleid je de HR-teams. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Directie Human Resources.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn als volgt:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van een efficiënte strategie op het gebied van verloning en extralegale voordelen, met als doel te voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen van het bedrijf binnen de opgelegde deadlines en het vertrouwen van medewerkers en interne stakeholders te versterken.
- Je biedt strategische ondersteuning aan de directie op het gebied van fiscaliteit, sociaal recht en de optimalisatie van loonlasten.
- Je draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van processen om een nauwgezette administratie van personeel gerelateerde aspecten te waarborgen en geeft richtlijnen aan de payrollverantwoordelijken om een correcte administratieve opvolging van de personeelsdossiers te garanderen.
- Dankzij je praktische en technische kennis van payroll ondersteun je je collega's bij alle vragen met betrekking tot sociale regelgeving, loonbeheer en verloningsstrategie.
- Je blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en trends binnen je expertisegebied om je vaardigheden up-to-date te houden en je professionele legitimiteit te versterken.
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma in HR of een relevant vakgebied en hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in Hard HR-beheer (sociale wetgeving, loonverwerking, verloningsstructuur en sociale voordelenpayroll).
- Ervaring in projectmanagement is een pluspunt.
- Je bent tweetalig Frans-Nederlands en beheerst minstens één van beide talen perfect, met een uitstekend niveau in de andere.
- Je hebt een vlotte en proactieve communicatie en gaat regelmatig spontaan het terrein op om je collega's op de verschillende sites van het bedrijf te ontmoeten.
- Je houdt van complexe vraagstukken en weet je oplossingen aan te passen aan de behoeften van je gesprekspartners.
- Je komt terecht in een gerenommeerd en groeiend bedrijf in België.
- Je vervult een strategische rol en ontwikkelt je expertise in Hard HR door samen te werken met diverse gesprekspartners.
- Je werkt in een team waar je initiatief wordt gewaardeerd.
