Functional Analyst Middleware

Je analyseert dienstprocessen en modelleert ze in functionaliteiten. Je coördineert het proces voor de implementatie van de dienst, waarbij je de functionaliteit test en de kwaliteit controleert. Je stelt de documentatie van de processen en de dienst op.
Daarnaast volg je de implementatie en de oplevering op. Indien nodig bied je ondersteuning bij de gebruikersopleiding.
Je fungeert als contactpersoon en interface tussen de verschillende betrokkenen voor de definitie, de beschrijving, de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van de dienst. Je zorgt daarenboven voor de integratie van de dienst in het ecosysteem en de processen van het bedrijf.
Je bent verder verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking, consolidatie en oplevering van de verslagen die je opvolgt. Wat betreft de nieuwe verslagen leg je de inhoud vast samen met de verschillende betrokken partijen.
Je stelt innovatieve oplossingen voor en zorgt voor de continue verbetering van de door het team geleverde diensten. Profiel Je hebt een masterdiploma en beschikt over een grondige kennis van de analysemethoden. Je bent vertrouwd met de DevOps practices en bent je bewust van het belang van een doorlopende communicatie samen met de ontwikkelteams. Kennis van de Agile-werkmethodes is een troef.
Je geeft blijk van een sterke interesse in het infrastructuurdomein.
Dankzij je proactiviteit en relationele vaardigheden kom je terecht bij de juiste mensen, stel je de juiste vragen en kom je tot correcte antwoorden en oplossingen. Je bent een echte teamplayer en deelt graag je kennis.
Je gaat gestructureerd te werk en hebt een groot planningsvermogen.
Je zin voor (transversale) analyse en synthese stelt je in staat kwalitatief werk af te leveren met respect voor de deadlines.
Je bent enthousiast en gedreven door nieuwe technologieën en neemt graag initiatieven.
Je drukt je vlot uit in het Frans en Engels. Aanbod
