- Beheer van de lonen van werknemers in België en administratieve opvolging van internationale medewerkers,
- Verwerking van loonfiches met inachtneming van de verschillende paritaire comités,
- Beheer van de aangiften bij de RSZ en de bedrijfsvoorheffing voor de betrokken werknemers,
- Begeleiding en advies aan klanten over de wettelijke en administratieve aspecten van payroll in België,
- Beantwoording van vragen van buitenlandse bedrijven over hun sociale verplichtingen in België,
- Wettelijke opvolging en voorstellen van verbeteringen in interne processen.
- Talen: Zeer goede kennis van Duits (minimaal B2), Frans en Nederlands,
- Vaardigheden: Sterke kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en loonadministratie,
- Persoonlijke eigenschappen: Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en samen te werken in een multicultureel team, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid.
