Senior Project Controller

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de wereldwijde expansie van een toonaangevende speler in duurzame energie? Voor een Belgische organisatie, gespecialiseerd in de aanleg van windmolenparken over de hele wereld zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Project Controller. Als lid van een controllingteam in Leuven, draag je bij aan de ambitie van het bedrijf om een duurzame toekomst te realiseren. De organisatie is gelegen in Leuven en is vlot bereikbaar met de wagen en het openbaar vervoer.
Als Senior Project Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële projectopvolging (+/- 500 MEUR) van A tot Z. Dit wil zeggen dat je de opvolging start vanaf de ontwikkelingsfase tot in de constructiefase. Je treedt dan ook op als de rechterhand van projectdirector.
Je takenpakket bestaat uit:
- Je coördineert het volledige financieel proces, in nauwe samenwerking met de rest van het volledige team, om zo het project tot uitvoering te kunnen.
- Je leidt het volledige budget en rapporteringsproces.
- Je geeft presentaties over de cijfers naar alle stakeholders.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het cashmanagement.
- Je begrijpt het volledige proces van een CAPEX Project.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het databeheer.
- Je maakt diverse investeringsanalyses.
- Je draagt bij aan verschillende verbeterings en optimalisatieprojecten.
- Je hebt een master handelsingenieur en kan terugvallen op minstens 5tal jaar controlling ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring met CAPEX projecten, kennis van de energiesector is een plus.
- Je bent sterk in het begrijpen van complexe financiële processen.
- Je bent analytische en procesmatig.
- Je hebt kennis van ERP, Excel en BI.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve skills en kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van een andere taal is een plus.
