Naast kwantitatief en kwalitatief marktonderzoek, datamining, predictive modelling en impliciet onderzoek, innoveert Profacts ook voortdurend in nieuwe digitale platformen om de uitdagingen van klanten te ondersteunen.

Als research trainee verdiep je je graag met "goesting en grinta" in de uitdagingen van onze klanten, maatschappij, merken en retailers.


Je ondersteunt het team van research consultants en operations in projectmanagement voor onze klanten. Je bent nauw betrokken bij de opzet van projecten, zoals het uitwerken van vragenlijsten, het coördineren en opvolgen van veldwerk, de analyse en rapportering van onderzoeksresultaten en het creëren van presentaties met impact voor onze klanten.


  • Je bent jong, hebt talent en je wil groeien
  • Je hebt (bij voorkeur) een master Opleiding met een achtergrond in statistiek, big data, marketing, communicatie economie, TEW, sociale wetenschappen, psychologie of gelijkwaardig. Talentvolle bachelors met een vergelijkbare achtergrond zijn uiteraard ook welkom.
  • Je hebt een grote interesse in datamanagement, consumenten- en klantengedrag of HR onderzoek
  • Je kan vlot overweg met Microsoft office en houdt van projectmanagement
  • Je hebt een kritische, analytische geest en je bent nauwkeurig
  • Je bent resultaatgericht
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (of bent bereid je bij te scholen om de taal van onze klanten te spreken)
