  • Maandag valideer je het ontwerp voor een stoomschiller in Wielsbeke. Dinsdag controleer je een nieuwe spiraalvriezer in Tilburg. Woensdag buig je je over de uitbreiding van een specialiteiten lijn in Nazareth. Donderdag overloop je de meest recente update van de productielijn van Harelbeke. En vrijdag? Krijg je gegarandeerd snel ingepland, jij geeft er altijd een patat op
  • Je volgt minutieus elke fase van de technische werkzaamheden op: van de eerste brainstorm over het ontwerp en aanbesteding met lastenboek tot installatie en implementatie.
  • Je wordt op verschillende projecten ingezet en komt in aanraking met alle domeinen van een technisch project.
  • Dit alles doe je samen met de project leader en andere collega's van het projectteam: onze technische tekenaars, onze experts in automatisering en onze professionals in processing.
  • Je staat in voor de opmaak van bestekken, het opvragen en vergelijken van offertes, het plaatsen van bestellingen, begeleiden van contractors bij eerste bezoek, uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes, controle van de werkzaamheden volgens timing / bestek / opdracht.
  • Voor elk project heb je ook contact met de plant (aka site) verantwoordelijke. Je reist heen en weer en verzamelt info bij de betrokken medewerkers. De managers van onze vier sites en ook de collega's van productie en utilities weten immers als geen ander wat het nieuwste onder deel van een productielijn precies moet opleveren.
  • Bovenop de techniek komen dus ook nog heel wat communicatievaardigheden. Je luistert goed en kan constructief samenwerken (intern & extern). Zo weet je de juiste mensen te motiveren en te activeren.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma van ingenieur.
  • Passie voor techniek, dat spreekt vanzelf. Jij houdt van flowcharts op zeven computerschermen tegelijk, stappenplannen, bouten en moeren.
  • Uitdagingen? Die pak je graag zelfstandig en creatief aan. Veel afwisseling geeft je energie.
  • Ook samenwerken gaat je goed af. Technisch jargon zet je om in gewone mensentaal. Met de juiste communicatie en een constructieve houding krijg je iedereen mee.
  • Je reist heen en weer tussen onze 5 sites en bent bereid om te werken in omringende landen.
  • Werkplezier is voor jou belangrijk. Bij Agristo willen we dat alle collega's zich jeunen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
