Binnen Econocom zijn we opzoek naar een Junior Technical Consultant met ITSM skills. Als Junior ITSM IVANTI Consultant richt je je op het ontdekken van IT-processen en het vergroten van technische kennis op een toonaangevend enterprise platform om bedrijfsprocessen te implementeren en te ontwikkelen. Je maakt ook gebruik van aanvullende technologieën en trends zoals Cloud, automatisering, DevOps, AI, ML, enz. Wij voorzien een IVANTI training.

Profiel

Technisch profiel:

ITSM knowledge

Scripting (PowerShell of andere) & Integration (API) knowledge

Agile kennis en ervaring is een plus

Noties van ITIL en zijn processen

Ervaring met ITSM platformen (Service Now, Jira, TOPdesk,) is een plus

Sociaal profiel:

In het bezit van een rijbewijs

Projectmatig kunnen werken

Kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
