Language: French and Dutch + English

Homeworking: 3 days per week

Mission

En tant qu'Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager, vous êtes responsable de la haute qualité des services délivrés par l'équipe Infrastructure du service Informatique. Vous gérez au quotidien l'équipe des System Engineers et collaborez étroitement avec le responsable du département.

Responsibilities

Gérer quotidiennement l'équipe des System Engineers.

Gérer le flux des demandes selon les priorités établies (Demand Management).

Soutenir le responsable du département dans la gestion de la capacité de l'équipe.

Agir en tant que people manager.

Participer activement à la gestion des fournisseurs pour les délivrables techniques.

Agir comme un leader en cas de besoin.

Veiller au respect des contrats de service.

Assurer le respect des normes de qualité.

Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction des clients.

Assurer le respect des SLA.

Contrôler les coûts et les bénéfices.

Profil

Excellente communication écrite et orale en français, néerlandais et anglais.

Capacité analytique avec un fort accent sur la qualité et la satisfaction client.

Proactivité et capacité à trouver des solutions.

Structuré et flexible.

Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en négociation.

Attention aux détails et capacité à gérer les procédures de travail.

Conscience des coûts et réflexion en termes d'économie.

Capacité à être mentor et à coacher.

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction managériale similaire.

Expérience prouvée en infrastructures Datacenters et Cloud, particulièrement Azure.
