Contrat à temps plein (38h), à durée déterminée (contrat travail nettement défini le temps du projet) - Bruxelles
Vos responsabilités
Affinage des requirements et exigences fonctionnelles (Présent & Future) avec les représentants métier.
Vérification et suivi de l'implémentation technique des requirements .
Interface avec l'intégrateur pour les aspects fonctionnels et technique.
Vérification des liens avec les autres plateformes (iRaiser / Lightspeed / Website OBE etc.) .
Préparation des tests et testing technique des solutions livrées.
Support des user acceptance tests et suivi de la résolution des defects (bugs) .
Préparation des communications en vue du change management chez les utilisateurs finaux .
Aide dans le nettoyage et préparation à la migration de données .
Recherche de potentiel problème de qualité de données et élaboration d'un plan de nettoyage de celle-ci (avec le business)
Support de l'équipe ICT dans la création d'une plateforme de transfert de données
Rédaction des guides d'utilisateur (technique) .
Analyse et création des rapports et dashboard métier et technique .
Préparation du matériel de formation.
Donner des formations en ICT en dans les départements concernés.
En fin de projet, effectuer le handover vers l'ICT et PE .
Votre profil
Vous avez au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire de mise en place de CRM Salesforce. Une expérience avec Findock est un plus.
Vous disposez au minimum d'un diplôme ou équivalent par expérience. (8 ans d'expérience pratique directement pertinente ; environ 6 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste fonctionnel et technique)
Vous aimez travailler en équipe mais également de manière autonome. De plus vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication (client collègues, management) et présentation.
Vous avez l'expérience en analyse de données, transformation et reporting mais également avec un data model et la migration de celui-ci d'un système à un autre.
Vous avez aussi de l'expérience dans le suivi de développement/implémentation avec le client interne et le fournisseur ainsi qu'une connaissance de collection d'exigences fonctionnelles et techniques en collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes ainsi que d'une méthodologie de formalisation (ex IREB ou autres).
Vous avez des capacités d'analyses fonctionnelles (ex UML, BPMN ou autres) ainsi que de tests fonctionnels et d'acceptances des nouvelles solutions.
Vous maîtrisez une des deux langues nationales (FR/NL) et avez une connaissance pratique de l'autre ainsi que l'anglais écrit et parlé.
Vous avez des compétences en analyse complexe, en gestion des risques et du temps, en prise de décision ainsi qu'en résolution des problèmes.

Un salaire mensuel brut aligné sur le secteur des ONG, à savoir entre 2728,26EUR (pas d'ancienneté) et 4542,30 EUR (pour 30 ans d'ancienneté) ;
