Parttime Sales en Customer Support Officer

Robert Half kijkt uit naar een Sales en Customer Support Officer (m/v/x) op parttime 4/5e basis. Dit bedrijf is gelegen aan de rand van Gent, vlot bereikbaar met wagen, fiets én openbaar vervoer.
Jouw rol als Sales en Customer Support Officer:
- Je ondersteunt de vertegenwoordigers inzake prijslijsten, marketing materiaal etc;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en accuraat verwerken van orders;
- Je beheert de database rond klantenbestand, kortingen, prijszettingen, artikelcreatie etc;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de logistieke partners omtrent de orderflow;
- Je zorgt voor een optimale klantenservice door klanten tijdig en correct verder te helpen via mail en telefoon;
- Je hebt interesse in allerhande allround administratieve taken rond het commerciële gebeuren.
Jouw profiel:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma behaald of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Ervaring in een administratief ondersteunende rol is mooi meegenomen maar geen must
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een plus maar geen must;
- Je kan vlot werken met de MS Office pakketten;
- Kennis van SalesForce+ of een ander CRM pakket is een grote plus;
- Je bent communicatief en houdt ervan om bij verschillende collega's informatie op te vragen;
- Je werkt erg nauwkeurig en kan goed multitasken;
- Time management is voor jou geen enkel probleem.

- Eén à twee dagen thuiswerk na de opleidingsperiode;
- Een groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering na de vaste indiensttreding;
- Een uitzendcontract met zicht op een vast contract. Onmiddellijk vaste indiensttreding is niet uitgesloten.
