Takenpakket:
- Creëer vernieuwende totaalconcepten: Werk creatieve ideeën uit op basis van klantvragen, salesbriefings, of interne innovatiestrategieën en geef jouw unieke touch aan ons productaanbod.
- Combineer expertise en creativiteit: Samen met het Quality- en R&D-team breng je productkennis, klantwensen, legaliteit en creativiteit samen in de ontwikkeling van nieuwe pralines en verpakkingen.
- Breng innovaties tot leven in productie: Ondersteun en coördineer de implementatie van nieuwe producten in productie, inclusief het beheren van parameterlijsten en validatiedocumenten.
- Zet ideeën om in actie: Volg de nieuwste trends en inzichten op via vakliteratuur, studies en beurzen, en vertaal deze naar baanbrekende innovaties.
- Test en perfectioneer: Organiseer smaakpanels, kwaliteitstesten en houdbaarheidstesten. Analyseer de resultaten en lever waardevolle input om de producten nóg beter te maken.
- Ondersteun productie-excellentie: Organiseer productietesten voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen en help bij het oplossen van eventuele uitdagingen met bestaande producten.
Gewenst profiel:
- Opleiding: Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master diploma of volgde een opleiding tot chocolatier.
- Ervaring: je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug.
- Communicatie: Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels en dit zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Ingesteldheid: Je hebt een proactieve houding, werkt zelfstandig en op een gestructureerde manier met het juiste verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je werkt georganiseerd, doelgericht met de nodige kwaliteitszin binnen de vooropgestelde planning.
- Teamgerichte probleemoplosser: Je gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg en weet hierbij ook je collega's met plezier te betrekken.
- Flexibiliteit: Het schrikt je niet af om sporadisch in shiften te komen werken voor de opvolging van validaties van nieuwe producten.
- Specifieke kennis: Kennis van verpakkingen en specialisatie in voedingstechnologie zijn een plus.
