The In Home Reliability team and its operational partners guarantee the quality and continuous availability of the client in home network elements and services. In addition, we provide a transparent implementation of new services and features within our area.
As a service reliability engineer your primary responsibility lies in ensuring the reliability and stability of our platforms, devices and services. You will accomplish this using automation and monitoring tools. You will also be collaborating with cross-functional teams and our partners.
Your tasks
Work with the team in defining, building and reviewing in home service strategies, designs, and roadmaps.
Assisting in the implementation of business projects.
Ensure reliability, quality and maintainability of our platforms, devices and services.
Implement automation, tooling and optimizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents and problems, in collaboration with other L2/L3 teams and our operational partners.

Network knowledge (routing, TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, WiFi)
Working in Linux environments
Python
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to interact with your peers for complex integration challenges.
