Onze opdrachtgever is al 275 jaar een gevestigde waarde voor hun klanten. Ze bezorgen een stabiele en persoonlijke service en onderscheiden zich van andere banken door de diepgaande, kwalitatieve relaties die ze met hun cliënteel uitbouwen.
Als relatiebeheerder is het jouw taak om deze kwalitatieve relatie te onderhouden, uit te breiden en waar mogelijk, naar een nieuw niveau te tillen. Jij bent het gezicht van het kantoor en hét aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen van klanten. Je helpt hen met raad en daad verder en neemt ook proactief contact met hen op.
Takenpakket:
- Je biedt service aan de klanten over alle diensten van de bank (kredieten, beleggingen, verzekeringen…), met in het bijzonder bellegingen (vanaf 75K.).
- Je neemt proactief contact op met bestaande klanten en breidt op een organische manier je portefeuille uit.
- Bij evenementen ben je aanwezig, om nieuwe klanten te prospecteren en een eerste kennismaking aan te gaan.
- Alle ontwikkelingen m.b.t. producten, procedures, wijzigingen in wetgeving/ economische situatie worden door jou opgevolgd en toegepast tijdens adviesgesprekken met klanten
Als relatiebeheerder doe je er alles aan om jouw klanten vooruit te helpen. Je voorziet hen van de nodige kennis en bent bovenal proactief Je focus ligt op de kwaliteit van de relaties die je opbouwt en een onberispelijke service naar jouw cliënten toe.
Als relatiebeheerder ben je een geboren netwerker. Je geniet van contacten met klanten en gebruikt je kennis van de sector om hen van optimaal advies te voorzien. Je beheert grote portefeuilles en krijgt hiervoor het vertrouwen van jouw cliënteel. Je ziet de noden van je klanten en gebruikt de producten van de bank om een optimaal totaalaanbod te voorzien. Bij wijzigingen neem je meteen contact op met je klanten om te bekijken of er aanpassingen dienen te gebeuren.
Verder beschik je over:
- Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- De nodige kennis over beleggingen. Je hebt ook een mooie basiskennis over kredieten of bent leergierig
- Een Febelfin certificering (Wet Willems) of een relevant masterdiploma
- Je hebt al minstens 5 jaar ervaring opgedaan binnen het bankwezen
- Een hoge klanttevredenheid is jouw doel
