E-Resourcing - Solution Architect - Applicatif

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un solution architecte applicatif expérimenté qui a pour objectif la création ou l'évolution de l'architecture logicielle de notre organisation. Il aura la charge de recueillir les besoins des différentes parties prenantes (développeurs, utilisateurs, métier, etc.), puis de synthétiser l'information afin de proposer une architecture idéale pour le ou les logiciels demandés.
Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec nos analystes et nos développeurs informatiques. Ces derniers se baseront sur son architecture pour construire le logiciel.
Il veillera à intégrer les différents aspects de sécurité dès la phase de conception.
Responsabilités
Audit et analyse de l'architecture existante et anticipation des risques
Conception de l'architecture logicielle au niveau fonctionnelle et technique en fonction des différents besoins exprimés
Contrôle de la cohérence entre la mise en oeuvre effective et le modèle d'architecture préconisé
Rôle de conseiller sur les bonnes pratiques et le respect des méthodologies
Accompagnement du directeur IT dans les décisions technologiques
Veille technologique pour s'inscrire dans une logique d'amélioration continue
Responsable de la mise en place d'une architecture IT, de méthodologies et de standards architecturaux
Gère les activités qui ont lieu pendant l'idéation, la conception et l'implémentation de solutions
Evalue le contexte de l'entreprise pour proposer des solutions en rapport avec les défis de l'entreprise et définit la vision et les conditions auxquelles doit répondre la solution
Fait des recommandations sur les options possibles (dont RFI, RFP ou développement de prototypes)
Sélectionne l'option la plus optimale et développe un plan phasé de mise en place de la solution choisie
Communique l'architecture aux acteurs concernés, collabore et coordonne avec les spécialistes des domaines existants dans la formalisation et l'adoption de normes et procédures IT
Veille à ce que les solutions soient évolutives et financièrement sous contrôle
Soutient les aspects d'architecture applicative dans les portefeuilles de projets IT
Aptitudes et compétences
Connaissance approfondie des design patterns et de la plupart des outils utilisés : Spring, Angular, GIT/GitLab, Keycloack, Rest-API, API-GW, Web services, RPG, Message Queues,
Bonne connaissance des bases de données relationnelles (DB2, )
Expérience pratique des environnements Docker, Kubernetes et ou OpenShift
Connaissance et expérience en architecture orientée services et micro-services
Familiarisé avec le développement Agile et avec les concepts de CI-CD-CD
Esprit analytique et orienté solutions
Travaille facilement sous supervision indirecte
Larges connaissances des technologies de l'information
Dispose de compétences interpersonnelles et pratique un style de management orienté collaboration, incluant travail d'équipe et team building
Bonne aptitude à la gestion des ambiguïtés et à acquérir rapidement de nouvelles compétences en dehors de sa propre zone de confort
S'épanouit dans un environnement dynamique avec des rôles et des responsabilités changeants
Créativité technique et ouverture d'esprit
Bonne aptitude à communiquer clairement sur la complexité de programmes techniques
Formation et expérience
Bachelor en informatique, systèmes d'information ou équivalent par la formation ou l'expérience professionnelle
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'architecte applicatif IT
Familiarisé aux technologies de l'information dans un environnement réseau sécurisé
