De afdeling Permits en Advice binnen de dienst Customer Relations behandelt in hoofdzaak technische adviesverlening voor concessieovereenkomsten en omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen in het havengebied (zowel linker- als rechteroever), dewelke onder de adviesbevoegdheid van het Havenbedrijf vallen.
Samen met je collega’s garandeer je een tijdige, kwaliteitsvolle en correct advies conform het beleid en de assets van het Havenbedrijf. Dit doe je door elk dossier gegrond te ontleden en intern de juiste diensten aan te spreken om een duidelijk en gebundeld advies te formuleren. Je behandelt je dossier zowel inhoudelijk als administratief. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de permits & advice teamleader.
In jouw rol:
* Je ontleedt de aan jou toegewezen dossiers en bent verantwoordelijk voor het versturen van duidelijke adviesvragen aan de door jou geïdentificeerde stakeholders
* Je screent de ontvangen adviezen en challenget waar nodig zodanig dat je een kwaliteitsvol gebundeld advies bekomt
* Samen met de teamleader vertegenwoordig je het Havenbedrijf bij vergaderingen in kader van je toegewezen dossiers
* Je deelt je ervaring en kennis met je collega’s en met de interne of externe betrokken partners
* Je beoogt een goede samenwerking in het team, tussen de verschillende afdelingen en een goede dialoog met je stakeholders
* Je onderbouwt en structureert je dossiers zodanig dat deze voor anderen eenvoudig raadpleegbaar zijn
Aangezien je activiteiten zich voornamelijk in Antwerpen afspelen, word je verwacht om minstens 3 dagen per week op kantoor in Antwerpen te werken. Profiel * Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of je hebt gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring
* Je kan planlezen, je beschikt over een gezond analytisch vermogen waarbij je praktisch inzicht hanteert op bouwkundig en milieukundige thema’s
* Je hebt affiniteit met de behandeling van vergunningsaanvragen
* Je bent niet schuw van administratief werk en draagt zorg voor goed onderbouwd en volledig dossier
* Kennis van milieuthema's, stedenbouwkundige aspecten en de industriële activiteiten van de verschillende bedrijven in het Havengebied vormen een pluspunt
* Je bent klantgericht, betrouwbaar en nauwgezet
* Je denkt oplossingsgericht en communiceert vlot zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
* Je kan zowel goed zelfstandig als in team werken
* Je bent bereid je te verdiepen in de bedrijfseigen informaticatoepassingen en in de materie van omgevingsvergunningen
