As a service Operator, you act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client, the managed services operations center, related partners, and other key stakeholders on operational matters.

Description

Implementing contractual service processes and practices in accordance with the service catalogue and related instructed tasks proactively:

Managing daily (or other periodic) activities such as: processing service requests from the assigned account.

Monitoring and reporting SLA performance (internal/external reporting).

Tracking systems related to service delivery.

Troubleshooting activities related to SLA performance.

Identifying significant incidents and informing the Service Manager accordingly.

Actively monitoring open cases and incidents within the service operation.

Proactive system maintenance (meter reading groups, scheduling, SLA groups, etc.).

In the event of service, process, and contractual practice adaptations, performing documentation, training, and commissioning activities required to maintain consistency.

Initiating tasks related to site cleanup performed by the client, field engineer, or a third-party company.

Profile

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

You are fluent in English. You also speak French and/or Dutch.

You have initial experience in an IT environment.

You have demonstrated your ability to work in cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.

You possess strong IT skills (network and connectivity).

You are customer-oriented, a good communicator, and adept at problem-solving.

You are detail-oriented and have analytical skills.
