As a member of the HR team, you'll be instrumental in fulfilling the recruitment needs across various departments and acting as a Business Partner. Serving as the company's ambassador, you'll represent it to candidates, external partners, and at professional events.

• Actively contribute to defining recruitment requirements.
• Offer guidance to managers on competency management and staffing needs.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including salary negotiations.
• Enhance the employer brand through diverse channels and events.
• Foster external partnerships.

• Possess a bachelor's degree in HR or other relevant field and a first experience within a HR department or Recruitment Agency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in French, English, and Dutch at a professional level.
• Exhibit a passion for working with people and a competency-based approach.
• Showcase strong analytical skills, enjoy networking, and excel in building professional relationships.
