Onze IT-consultants helpen bij het oplossen van vraagstukken, ondersteunen medewerkers en ontwikkelen een IT-strategie. Daarbij houden zij uiteraard rekening met de doelstellingen van de klant.
De precieze taken van IT consultancy verschillen van project tot project. Voorbeelden zijn het oplossen van IT-problemen, het implementeren van IT-infrastructuur, enzovoort. Onze mensen zijn het kloppend hart van Exert. Functieomschrijving Je functie
De functie van medewerker ICT toepassingen heeft tot doel om gemelde technische storingen op te lossen, de dagelijkse goede en vlotte werking van de toepassing te bewaken, te coördineren en zo nodig wijzigingen aan de toepassingen uit te voeren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en implementatie van (nieuwe) toepassingen, in nauwe samenwerking met leveranciers en de key-users en eindgebruikers,
- Je volgt releasenotes en systeemvereisten op voor de aan jou toegewezen toepassingen
- Je schakelt met andere interne teams om alle (hardware) vereisten voor nieuwe applicaties in te richten en verzorgt het design voor monitoring services in SCOM,
- Je valideert nieuwe toepassingen grondig in een testomgeving alvorens ze in productie te brengen, en zorgt daarbij voor een end-to-end oplossing,
- Je geeft binnen projecten de nodige technische ondersteuning waardoor de toepassing ook na projectoplevering geborgd kan worden binnen onze ICT organisatie,
- Je staat mee in voor de verdere uitbouw van de documentatiestructuur,
- Topdesk.
- Active Directory, het beheren van gebruikers, computers, rechten, OU’s en Group Policies.
- Windows server, services en certificaten voor de verschillende toepassingen,
- Je zorgt dat er monitoring wordt opgezet van de applicaties door het aanleveren van een design
- Office365 (Sharepoint en Teams),
- SQL voor het troubleshooten van databaseproblemen,
- HL7 (Health Level 7) gegevensstromen
- Algemene netwerkkennis.
- Je hoofdstandplaats is regio Mechelen of Zoersel. Soms (eerder zelden) kan een verplaatsing naar een andere vestiging noodzakelijk zijn. Dit in functie van een meeting of lopend project.
- Minimaal een bacheloropleiding in een relevante richting.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid.
- Ervaring met projectmanagement en kennis van de markttrends.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en zelfstandigheid.
