We're working with a growing healthcare company in Brussels, seeking a passionate individual to develop cutting-edge AI technologies that will revolutionize medical operations.

They're currently looking for an AI developer skilled in PyTorch and with a strong background in medical imaging to join them on a permanent basis.

Role

Build, train, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world healthcare applications, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Utilize Python and frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to create state-of-the-art Machine Learning pipelines

Work with large and complex datasets, including medical imaging, diagnostics, and operational data

Experiment with advanced AI architectures, such as deep learning and natural language processing (NLP), to address unique challenges in healthcare

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare experts, to integrate AI models into end-user solutions

Continuously monitor model performance and iteratively improve them for reliability and robustness in healthcare environments

Your profile

Proven experience in AI/ML development with a strong focus on Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras

Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including neural networks, supervised and unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning

Proficiency in managing and preprocessing large datasets, and familiarity with tools like Pandas and NumPy

Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within a rapidly evolving industry

Experience in healthcare or medical applications is advantageous but not mandatory
