For our client, an international player in his sector, Hays Antwerp, is looking forward to an Account Manager for the region Wallonia.


Your new company

Blåkläder, a leading manufacturer, has been renowned for its high-quality workwear in Europe for over 60 years. The Swedish company produces 4.5 million garments annually in its factories. With core values of quality, functionality, stylish design, and sustainability, Blåkläder's products are recognized worldwide. They are currently seeking an Account Manager to join their dynamic and close-knit team in the region of Wallonia and Luxembourg, where respect is central.


Your new role

Do you already have a first commercial experience in the workfield? Would you like to maintain and develop further client relationships? As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the existing customer base (70%), maintaining professional customer contact with end clients and dealers;
  • Actively seeking new contacts (30%) in addition to maintaining existing relationships;
  • Structured planning for customer visits, introducing new products, and implementing necessary actions;
  • Collaborating with dealers during customer visits to persuade and engage with clients;
  • Overseeing the entire process, from handling promotional materials to setting up displays and product presentations;
  • Representing the brand and serving as the primary point of contact for external partners;
  • Accurate tracking of all activities in the CRM-system, reporting to the Manager Account Team Benelux.
Additionally, you will occasionally present on evening or weekend open days, providing an opportunity for rapid progress and increased revenue. Efforts during these times will be compensated with earned time off.


Your profile

  • Demonstrable experience in a commercial field sales role;
  • Driven, hardworking, communicative, structured, and customer-focused;
  • An ambassador for the brand;
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English;
  • Passionate about maintaining and expanding customer relationships;
  • Committed to following through on promises and maintaining confidentially.
