Keep reading – this opportunity is even better than you imaginedYour role includes.As a Digital Workplace Manager, you’ll be responsible for our group digital workplace team (about 15 persons), focusing on digital workplace & collaboration (DWC) as well as identity & access management (IAM). You’ll contribute to our workplace vision and ensure that all employees can work efficiently with the right access to tools and applications.In this role you will be reporting directly to the delivery manager Infrastructure.You define service line goals and share priorities with the teamsYou translate the strategy into actionable plans and goalsYou deliver workplace and identity as a product with security and user experience by designYou support other teams in making the right business decisions and implement the right strategyYou proactively think about the future of Identity & Access Management (IAM) in all our environments (cloud and on premise), with a strong focus on applying security standards and best practicesYou actively collaborate with our security team to ensure secure-by-design solutions and compliance with relevant regulationsYou act as the go-to person for other teams and business stakeholders regarding Identity & Access Management (IAM) and M365 management. What makes you a great fit?What’s on your CV, is important but is by no means the only thing we attach importance to. Your self-starting attitude and your ability to collaborate and communicate with, develop and empower other teams, are even more crucial. As a true team inspirator, you provide leadership and guidance across various organizational aspects. Previous experience leading a multidisciplinary team (5–10 years) will give you a strong head start. Experience in working with an international team is a bonus.A broad and high-level understanding of infrastructure and best practices is essential. Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, External Identities, MS 365 Services, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication is key for this role.Since you’ll be working in our group-wide organization, excellent English is required; Dutch is a plus. What’s about to become your second home?You’ll join TPS, the international technology organization of Mediahuis. Together with your colleagues in the infrastructure domain, you’ll ensure a reliable, secure, and high-performance environment for teams across all departments.This position can be based in either Antwerp or Amsterdam, with a willingness to travel between locations to foster strong collaboration with your team and stakeholders. There’s also flexibility to work from home several days a week.
