Functieomschrijving Als Store Manager in de regio Brussel sta jij als verantwoordelijke aan het roer van jouw ALDI-supermarkt:
- Als échte people manager motiveer jij jouw team van een 12-tal collega’s (waaronder 2 Assistant Store Managers) om elke dag het beste van zichzelf te geven
- Je stuurt jouw team aan en zorgt voor een optimale werkverdeling en planning
- Samen met jouw team zet je je elke dag in om van jouw winkel de meest succesvolle te maken
- Je neemt initiatief om de winkelervaring voor de klant zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken
- Als Store Manager steek je ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen door dagelijks samen met jouw team te zorgen voor een nette, goed aangevulde winkel
- Je werkt nauw samen met jouw District Manager over de dagelijkse werking van jouw winkel
Profiel
- Je kan een team aansturen & motiveren en hebt een eerste leidinggevende ervaring
- Voor jou komen klanten en collega’s op de eerste plaats, je bent steeds vriendelijk en behulpzaam
- Als een ware Store Manager ben je ondernemend en hou je van een stevige portie verantwoordelijkheid
- Je krijgt energie van het omzetten van concrete doelstellingen in zichtbare resultaten
- Je kan je flexibel opstellen en werkt regelmatig op zaterdag. Hierdoor heb je een vrije dag doorheen de week
- Je kan je gemakkelijk verplaatsen naar jouw ALDI-winkel
- Je spreekt zowel Frans als Nederlands
