Voor Airport Intelligence, een jong en dynamisch organisatie en dochteronderneming van Brussels Airport Company, zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Project Consultant . Onze missie is om luchthavens over de hele wereld te begeleiden op hun reis naar proactieve, samenwerkingsgerichte en op data gebaseerde besluitvorming, met onze expertise en kennis die een bewezen staat van dienst heeft bij Brussels Airport. Wij bieden adviesdiensten aan om onze klanten te begeleiden bij verandering en operationele optimalisatie. Ons dienstenportfolio wordt aangevuld met de implementatie van gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen (SaaS) die efficiënte operationele forecasting, planning en monitoring ondersteunen door gegevens om te zetten in bruikbare inzichten.
Als Project Consultant zult u de projectteams ondersteunen bij het beheer van verschillende luchthaven-gerelateerde projecten voor onze verschillende klanten (voornamelijk Europese luchthavens), van verkoopvoorstel, over de opstart van het project, tot de uitvoering en implementatie en evaluatie na de operationele fase.
- Ondersteun Business Development, ontwikkel verkoopvoorstellen en kwalificeer en help bij het sluiten van verkoopkansen
- Geef administratieve ondersteuning bij inschrijvingen voor aanbestedingen en algemene pitch-voorbereiding
- Help bij het vertalen van projectvoorstellen naar concrete projecten, gebaseerd op scope, klantdoelstellingen, teambeschikbaarheid, enz.
- Leid workshops om Airport Intelligence-projecten te vergemakkelijken, vaak in multidisciplinaire teams
- Maak deliverables op basis van de input die is ontvangen via de klant via interviews, workshops, data-analyses, enz.
- Help bij de levering van projecten binnen afgesproken timing, kosten, middelen, omvang en kwaliteitsnormen - Fungeer als interface voor product-, project-, klant- en informatieflow
- Ontwerp en voer actieplannen, campagnes en projecten uit via een volledig scala aan communicatieactiviteiten en mediaplannen zoals interne en externe evenementen, campagnes, nieuwsbrieven en publicaties, beurzen, presentaties, beheer van AI-mailbox, promotioneel materiaal zoals banners en brochures, enz.
- U heeft minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als consultant
- U bent klantgericht en heeft bewezen ervaring met externe (internationale) belanghebbenden
- U heeft ervaring en/of passie voor de luchtvaartindustrie
- U bent bereid om te reizen (30%)
- U bent vloeiend in het Frans of Nederlands en heeft een goede kennis van de tweede nationale taal. U bent vloeiend in het Engels.'
