Description
Providing a pleasant reception to clients so that they feel welcome.
Enthusiastically and dynamically promoting the strategy, mission, and values, as well as the products and services, to both prospects and clients.
Managing portfolios of affluent clients.
Actively contributing to the further development of these client portfolios.
Acting as a trusted advisor and advising existing and new clients on optimizing their investment portfolios based on their investment profile and potential.
Negotiating with clients with a focus on achieving a win-win outcome.
Staying informed about developments in the banking sector and the products and services offered.
Handling client administration.
Profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree and are passionate about the financial sector
At least 3 years of experience in investment advice
Strong knowledge of financial products and services
Very good knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of English
You are enterprising, have a positive attitude, and enjoy maintaining client relationships
You have strong communication skills and can persuade others
Your customer-oriented approach and empathy enable you to precisely understand what the client needs
You are a team player who collaborates well
You work accurately, have an eye for detail, and can organize your work well
