Sales Manager FR/NL – 100 % HunterPrésent dans plus de 10 pays, notre client est un acteur clé du monde du staffing, grâce à une renommée acquise depuis de longues années, et surtout, en surfant sur l'innovation et la technologie.Votre rôle : être le moteur dans le développement commercial du marché Belge.Votre mission – 100 % NEW BUSINESS :En tant que Sales Manager FR/NL – Hunter pur, vous êtes exclusivement dédié(e) à la conquête de nouveaux clients.Prospecter activement et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes grands comptes et mid-market sur l'ensemble de la Belgique.Construire un pipeline solide via une chasse terrain, téléphonique et digitale.Définir des stratégies d'approche ciblées pour pénétrer les secteurs clés : staffing, intérim, logistique, industrie, retail, opérations B2B.Négocier, "closer" et signer des partenariats stratégiques à forte valeur ajoutée.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Opérations, Produit et le groupe international pour assurer des déploiements rapides et performants.À moyen terme : contribuer à la stratégie commerciale belge (notamment en Flandre) et évoluer vers un rôle de management d'équipe Sales.Le profil que nous recherchons :Hunter dans l'âme : la prospection, la conquête et le closing sont votre terrain de jeu.Expérience obligatoire en staffing / intérimHabitué(e) aux cycles de vente moyens à longs et aux environnements grands comptes.À l'aise pour vendre une solution digitale en complément d'un service.Bilingue FR / NL, avec une très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.Résilient(e), autonome, structuré(e), orienté(e) résultats.Esprit entrepreneurial : vous aimez construire, tester, ajuster et performer.Ce que nous offrons :Salaire fixe brut compétitifBonus & commissions (plan en construction)Voiture de société + carte carburantChèques-repas (8 €) + éco-chèques (250 €/an)Frais forfaitaires : 150 € nets/moisAssurance groupe & hospitalisation (ambulatoire incluse)32 jours de congéLaptop & GSMOrganisation flexible & home officePourquoi rejoindre l'équipe en place ?Un acteur international en hypercroissanceUne solution technologique innovante (app + staffing)Un rôle clé et stratégique dans l'ouverture du marché belgeUne forte autonomie, un impact direct et une vraie visibilitéDes perspectives d'évolution réelles, en Belgique et à l'international Français, Logistique, Néerlandais, Opérations, Chasse, Business, Management, Key Account, Commerce de détail, Bilingue, Entrepreneuriat, Vente, Vente, AME
