Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?
Als project planner werk je mee aan het project "Grondwet", dat de bouw van nieuwe ondergrondse bouwwerken omvat, waaronder een metrostation (T. Thielemans), een nieuw tramstation aan Lemonnier en aangrenzende tunnels. Je staat in voor de goede coördinatie en de integratie van het project ‘Metro Noord-Albert'. Je analyseert de taken, maakt de planning op en ziet erop toe dat het project wordt uitgevoerd met inachtneming van de deadlines. Als facilitator, blijf je proactief wat de globale voortgang van het project betreft. Je verenigt de verschillende belanghebbenden om het succes van het project te garanderen.
Het project Grondwet maakt integraal deel uit van het Programma Noord-Albert (Metro 3), dat als doel heeft de metrolijn tussen Noord en Albert aan te leggen en zo het noorden en het zuiden van de hoofdstad met elkaar te verbinden.
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van de algemene planning, waarbij je deadlines vaststelt voor alle ontwerpfasen, de technische beslissingen, de uitvoering, de tests en de indienststelling, met inachtneming van de voorgestelde en gekozen varianten. Meer in detail:
- Je volgt de uitvoering van de ontwerpdocumenten op met inachtneming van de gestelde termijnen en anticipeert op eventuele vertragingen en risico's.
- Je zorgt voor een inventaris en de bijwerking van de technische, administratieve en personeelsgerelateerde beperkingen en formaliteiten die een impact hebben op de uitwerking van het project.
- Je coördineert de verschillende belanghebbenden en zorgt voor een samenhangende integratie van de activiteiten.
- Je anticipeert en informeert de Pole Manager over alle problemen die vertragingen of conflicten kunnen veroorzaken en stelt oplossingen voor.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een technische richting of in de richting architectuur en je hebt ten minste 5 jaar ervaring met het organiseren van complexe technische werven.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis en werkmethode op het vlak van planning en risicobeheer; je bent vertrouwd met planningssoftware (bijvoorbeeld Tilos).
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Frans; een goede kennis van de andere taal is een pluspunt.
- Je bent analytisch, in staat om problemen op te lossen, nauwkeurig, communicatief en kan omgaan met stress.
