Je bent een ervaren Operations Director die energie krijgt van mensen, processen en doelen behalen.
Het vertalen van langetermijnstrategieën naar concrete actieplannen en operationele taken zijn voor jou geen probleem. Met jouw diepgaande inzicht en ervaring in diverse disciplines ben je in staat om complexe uitdagingen aan te pakken en de organisatie naar nieuwe hoogten te leiden.
Bovendien ben je een inspirerende leider die een cultuur van samenwerking, groei en verantwoordelijkheid stimuleert.
Over de rol
- Je maakt deel uit van Management Team en zal je samen met hen de strategische lijnen uitzetten.
- Om mee de strategie te bepalen, heb je een sterk analytisch inzicht om op basis van data de acties/projecten te bepalen.
- In jouw rol ben je sterk strategisch én operationeel: de operationele betrokkenheid is cruciaal voor de procesoptimalisaties: je kan snel de bottlenecks identificeren en de gepaste oplossingen bedenken.
- Dankzij onder andere jouw kennis en background kan je support bieden in intercompany of market research en analyses.
- Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en presenteren van business cases en project updates aan het MT team en de betrokken stakeholders.
- Je bent met je afdelingen 'in control', verbetert het proces en zorgt voor maximale interne en externe klanttevredenheid.
Dit is een uitstekende rol voor een proactieve en doortastend persoon die graag contact maakt met mensen en een concrete, meetbare impact wil hebben bij een internationale speler.

Jouw profiel
- Master diploma (Business / Economics)
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een gelijkaardige strategische, operationele én internationale rol binnen Logistiek / Supply Chain.
- Een ruime ervaring als Strategy Consultant binnen de sector, kan ook relevant zijn.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
- Sterke kennis op gebied van data analyse: Excel (gevorderd), financiële modellen.
- Vermogen om te be nvloeden door middel van overtuigende communicatie, sterke presentatievaardigheden en strategisch redeneren.
