Beter leven begint bij beter eten. Dat geloven wij bij Delhaize met heel ons hart. Daarom zetten wij ons in voor het eten op het bord van 5 miljoen klanten, elke week opnieuw. In meer dan 810 winkels kunnen Belgische en Luxemburgse klanten terecht voor een uitgebreid assortiment van meer dan 20.000 kwaliteitsproducten. Van een snelle stop in een Shop&Go, over dagelijkse boodschappen in een lokale Proxy tot een ruim aanbod binnen onze AD Delhaize's; en vergeet zeker onze e-commerce diensten niet.
Die hele keten van voeding, die start binnen onze Logistiek. De 2200 collega's in onze distributiecentra van Zellik en Ninove verwerken dagelijks alle producten van onze leveranciers, vaak van Belgische bodem, en brengen deze via meer dan 3000 leveringen per dag tot bij onze winkels.
Maar het stopt niet in onze winkels of logistiek. Want ook onze meer dan 1000 collega's binnen Finance, HR, IT, Commerce of Legal staan staan om elkaar en onze klanten te helpen goed te eten.


Als SAP Area Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de technische / applicatieve en transactionele processen binnen Retail, finance en Supply Chain (SAP retail) en hierin de rol van area lead opnemen met betrekking tot het domein PP* & QM. Organiseren en garanderen van een adequate business ondersteuning en dit voor alle processen die deel uitmaken van desbetreffende scope, teneinde vereenvoudigde en geoptimaliseerde processen en tools aan te leveren die de E2E Supply Chain- efficiëntie verhoogt en bij te dragen aan de strategische en financiële doelstellingen van Delhaize. (met focus op PP & QM processen dewelke onmiddelijke financiële impact hebben). De area lead is de über expert en verantwoordelijke voor de aangestelde specifieke domeinen.. De PP & QM Area lead wordt tevens verwacht de stretch te kunnen maken met de gelinkte domeinen van P2P*** & MD**** om zo efficient mogelijk bij te springen in het team waar nodig.

* PP : Production planning = Alle technische en functionele flows met betrekking to het productieprocess van de Delhaize Winery facility.

** QM : Quality management = Alle technische en functionele flows met betrekking tot het quality management aspect van de Delhaize Winery facility

*** P2P : Purchase to Pay = Alle technische en functionele inbound flows van leverancier to in de distributiecentra en de financiële reconciliatie nadien **** MD : Masterdata = Alle technische en functionele processen rond masterdata encodage en beheer bij Delhaize

  • Plannen, organiseren en managen van de betreffende area. Dit zowel wat betreft staffing en workload balancing (in overleg met de andere area leads en de team manager) als processen. Op die manier garandeer je een efficiënte en effectieve afdelingsstructuur en werkklimaat.
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan projecten als area process expert en woordvoerder zijn van je area, teneinde de rol van operations te vertegenwoordigen in alle projecten en bij te dragen tot de realisatie van de projecten binnen budget, op tijd en in lijn met de strategie.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van KPI's en ontwikkelen van een gezamelijke rapportering, teneinde visibiliteit te creëren naar alle stakeholders inzake status, stabiliteit, volledigheid en performantie.
  • Coördineren en prioritiseren van aanvragen van de verschillende business operations (Logistiek, Supply Chain, replenishment, finance, …) om zo een efficiente en adequate ondersteuning te bieden die zich richt op de belangrijkste en meest urgente requests.
  • Het oplossen van complexe incidenten vanuit een sterke operationele en technisch applicatieve kennis en in coördinatie met Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, finance en Retail teneinde de experts en specialists te ondersteunen in het aanbieden van deskundige oplossingen voor vraagstukken, verbeteringen of problemen.
  • Proactief opvolgen van relevante (markt)ontwikkelingen in het eigen domein en uitwisselen van kennis met vakgenoten binnen en buiten de organisatie.

Opleiding

  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Ervaring

  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in financiele processen
  • Gedreven operationele kennis over retail processen
  • Doorgedreven kennis van SAP SD processen (O2C) en MD

Vaardigheden

  • Pragmatisch, hands-on
  • Zeer sterke analytische vaardigheden
  • People management vaardigheden; coaching
  • Kennis van de verschillende Business user Applicaties (SAP retail, Desman, Appro+, Store applications, SAP BO, Incident Management tools, …); BI reporting tools
  • Zeer sterke kennis van Microsoft Office
  • LEAN green belt
