The family company Stadsbader was founded in 1946 in Harelbeke. In the meanwhile, the company is directed by third generation Dominique Valcke.
The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were a strong expansion of the specialisation segments and a reinforcement of the market position.
Today the group is daily active in about 250 construction sites in Belgian and the neighbouring countries.

- Je graaft rioleringen en funderingen uit, je steekt ankers en stelt deze af, …
- Je plaatst zowel traditionele als systeembekistingen. Je plaatst wanden en welfsels
- Je kan betonneren en weet hoe zorgvuldig te ontkisten
- Je leeft te allen tijde de veiligheidsvoorschriften na en houdt zoals al onze collega's mee toezicht op de veiligheid op de werf
- Je voert je taken uit volgens de procedures en in opdracht van je ploegbaas
- Je volgde een technische- of beroepsopleiding, bij voorkeur richting bouw en hebt een eerste ervaring in de ruwbouw
- Je bent in het bezit van een certificaat VCA basis of bent bereid om dit op korte termijn te behalen
- Je bent handig, werkwillig, bereid om bij te leren en denkt steeds goed na over de beste manier van handelen vooraleer je aan iets begint
- Je hebt voldoende ruimtelijk inzicht in uitvoerings- en constructieplannen en werkt zeer nauwkeurig naar afmetingen toe
- Je wil werken op afwisselende projectlocaties, hebt een flexibele houding ten opzichte van werktijden en kan je vlot verplaatsen, zo nodig met eigen vervoer. Onze werven zijn hoofdzakelijk gelegen in “Midden Vlaanderen”.
- Verder ben je communicatief, verantwoordelijk en ben je een sterke teamplayer
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands
- Je woont in de Provincie Antwerpen
