Zowel voor onze klanten als voor onszelf zijn we steeds op zoek naar nieuwe talenten Neem dus zeker een kijkje bij onze beschikbare jobs Functieomschrijving Als Enthousiaste jobcoach bij Solvus speel je een essentiële rol in het begeleiden en ondersteunen van werkzoekenden bij het vinden van een passende job. Solvus waardeert sterk mensgerichtheid, proactiviteit en de capaciteit om in oplossingen te denken.
Als Jobcoach ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Warm maken van werkzoekenden voor het Solvus-traject
- Ondersteunen bij het zoeken naar een nieuwe job/uitdaging
- Advies geven op basis van persoonlijke analyse en arbeidsmarkt kennis
- Actief bijdragen aan het vinden van vacatures en netwerk inzetten
- Uitvoeren van individuele gesprekken, workshops, sollicitatiesessies en nazorg bij tewerkstellingen
- Commerciële taken zoals bedrijven matchen met kandidaturen en vacatures doorsturen aan kandidaten
- Administratieve taken, waaronder registraties in VDAB-systemen en correcte verwerking van aan- en afwezigheden
Na de opleiding bestaat er de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken in combinatie met werken op locatie. Profiel De ideale kandidaat voor de rol van jobcoach:
- Bachelor-diploma en bij voorkeur ervaring in HR.
- Motivator die resultaatgericht te werk gaat
- Goede luisteraar met assertiviteit en overtuigingskracht
- Nederlandstalig en goede kennis van het Frans, Engels is een plus.
- Probleemoplosser en zelfstandig
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
