- En tant que Product Training Manager, vous serez responsable du développement et de la gestion quotiedienne du centre de formation.
- En collaboration avec votre équipe et après consultation des différentes parties prenantes, vous élaborez un plan pour l'organisation de formations/démonstrations en vous basant sur des analyses internes/externes et sur votre propre expérience.
- Vous proposez un plan "go to market" pour l'introduction de formations internes et externes, de démonstrations, de moments de connaissance. En plus de dispenser des formations, vous supervisez également les formateurs/démonstrateurs dédiés.
- En liaison avec le Product Manager et la R&D, vous préparez le contenu des modules de formation pour un public varié (entrepreneurs, prescripteurs, personnel interne (ventes), etc.)
- Vous améliorez/optimisez en permanence les différents modules de formation et de démonstration, la méthodologie de formation, les outils et l'équipement. En outre, vous êtes attentif aux innovations et les mettez en œuvre dans vos formations et démonstrations.
- Vous êtes en contact étroit avec le département technique/commercial. En concertation avec eux, vous organisez des formations et des démonstrations afin de renforcer l'image professionnelle de notre entreprise. Vous et votre équipe convainquez le public de la qualité Holcim.
- La stratégie de formation que vous avez définie doit être en phase avec les actions de marketing.
- En étroite collaboration avec le département marketing, vous mettez en place des cours de formation et fournissez le contenu et, en collaboration avec le chef de produit dédié, l'approbation concernant les documents marketing connexes.
- Vous et votre équipe fournissez également du contenu qui peut être utilisé à des fins de marketing.
- Diplôme de bachelier dans une discipline connexe
- Expérience : 4 ans dans un domaine connexe
- Bonne connaissance du néerlandais, du français et de l'anglais
- IT minded
