Complex cases, international clients, and space to grow — that's what this Senior Auditor role offers.Are you detail-oriented, analytical and ready for the next step in your audit career? We're looking for a Senior Auditor with a passion for complex files and international exposure. You'll work with a diverse client portfolio, from dynamic SMEs to global companies, while taking real ownership within your assignments.Perform (consolidated) audit engagements and assurance missions across various industriesAnalyse financial processes and identify operational or accounting risksPrepare and execute audit programs and testing proceduresCoach and guide junior auditors while sharing your technical knowledgeCollaborate directly with clients on-site, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalismWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complete and insightful resultsBachelor's degree in Accounting & Taxation or a Master's in Economics, Business or AuditMinimum 2 years of experience in external auditFluent in French and English (Dutch is considered a plus)Strong analytical and communication skills, with a client-focused mindsetFlexible to travel within the Brussels areaEager to keep developing your expertise and grow towards a managerial positionCompetitive annual salary up to €70,000, depending on experienceMonthly net allowance of €200 – €250Company car with fuel cardMeal vouchers (€8/day) and eco vouchers (€250/year)Hospitalisation and group insurance (around 5% of annual salary)Laptop, mobile phone and subscription includedYear-end bonus, 13th month and holiday payFlexible working hours and up to 2 days of homeworking per weekMinimum 40 hours of training per year, both technical and soft-skill developmentCoaching and mentorship from experienced colleagues within a multidisciplinary environmentClear growth opportunities, including support for further certifications or trainingA stable, international organisation with an open and inclusive cultureA team where collaboration, quality and professional enjoyment go hand in handRegular team events, afterworks and knowledge-sharing sessions that keep you connected Management, Financial Processes, Audit Program, Expertise, Insurance, Risk Accountancy, Business, Audit, Engagement, Communication, Tax, Technical work, External Audit, Economy, Test Procedures, Client Rapport, Accounting
