Ben jij een ervaren Projectmanager met een passie voor de zorgsector? Wil je graag een cruciale rol spelen in het coördineren van een project van een 100-tal units? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou


Als Senior Projectmanager zal je optreden vanuit gedelegeerd bouwheerschap en het project in de afwerkingsfase volledig coördineren.

Je belangrijkste taken zullen onder meer bestaan uit

  • Je komt terecht in de laaste fase (Afwerkingsfase)
  • het opzetten van een duidelijke structuur,
  • het uitwerken van een Project Vastleggingsdocument (PVA),
  • het bepalen van de afwerking, het onderhandelen van contracten,
  • het aansturen van aannemers en het proactief detecteren van problemen en zoeken naar oplossingen.

De project manager die wij zoeken:

  • Master/Bachelor technisch bouwkundige richting
  • Achtergrond in bouwkunde en kennis van technieken.
  • Je bent hands-on, pragmatisch en hebt een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en hebt ervaring met het coördineren van grootschalige projecten

  • Wij staan open voor zowel freelancers als via een bediendencontract.
