Le département Digital Business Solutions (DBS) soutient l'ensemble des activités « métier » de Sibelga. Il veille à doter Sibelga d'une informatique autonome, au gré de l'évolution de ses besoins et des technologies.

Au sein du département DBS, l'équipe ERP aide les départements HR, Finances, Logistique et Achats à optimiser leurs méthodes de travail et à améliorer l'expérience des utilisateurs. À cet égard, elle apporte des modifications aux applications existantes ou développe de nouvelles solutions qui répondent aux besoins des clients internes. L'équipe ERP regroupe une quinzaine de professionnels et se compose de chefs de projet, d'analystes fonctionnels et de développeurs.

Au sein du service ERP, nous recherchons un(e) Functional Analyste Finance & Invoicing qui répondra directement au Team Manager ERP.

En qualité de Functional Analyst Finance & Invoicing, vous assurez les responsabilités suivantes :

Vous récoltez et comprenez les besoins fournis par les représentants business

Sur cette base, vous prenez en charge l'analyse fonctionnelle pour la réalisation ou la modification des applications des domaines Finances et Clients (essentiellement SAP)

Pour ce faire :

Vous agissez en tant qu'acteur clé dans l'évolution et le support des modules FI-CO, FI-CA et SD :

Gestion des processus financiers et facturation

Gestion des interfaces (Mulesoft, Idocs et web services)

Gestion des master data (clients, fournisseurs, business partners, comptes généraux)

Interactions avec les autres modules SAP

Interactions avec des applications tierces (SalesForce, ARCO)

Prise en charge du paramétrage des modules FI-CO, FI-CA et SD

Vous estimez la charge et le coût des changements

Vous envisagez plusieurs solutions ou approches possibles

Vous évaluez l'impact des changements sur l'existant

Vous assurez une continuité de service et une bonne maintenabilité de la solution

Vous mettez à jour la documentation de référence

Vous élaborez un plan de test, supervisez les tests, contrôlez la qualité et assurez le déploiement

Vous suivez et résolvez les incidents et les problèmes en tant que seconde ligne de support

Vous participez activement aux projets impliquant des changements dans les modules FI-CO, FI-CA et SD

Vous travaillez en collaboration étroite avec les départements Finances et Clients et les autres départements IT

Profil :

Vous êtes universitaire à orientation informatique, économique, industrielle ou scientifique

Vous avez minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste fonctionnel

Vous disposez d'une expérience de maintenance et de paramétrage de minimum 5 ans en SAP dans au moins un des modules suivants : FI-CO, FI-CA, SD et êtes prêt à acquérir l'expertise sur les autres modules une fois en poste.

Vous êtes prêts à développer et améliorer vos connaissances dans les autres modules

Vous disposez d'une expérience en matière d'intégration avec d'autres modules SAP (MM, PS, HR et I-SU) et de debugging

Maîtrise orale et écrite de l'une des deux langues nationales (NL et/ou FR) et connaissance passive de l'autre

La connaissance du secteur de l'énergie et de l'environnement S/4 HANA sont des atouts
