Become the new Payroll Officer of an international professional services company in Brussels.
This firm is known for her purpose of building trust and solving important problems. The company is present in over 140 countries and employs approximately 200,000 people worldwide.
Today they are looking for a new Payroll Officer to join their Payroll team. As a team member, you will actively engage in projects focused on optimizing and automating the payroll process.
- As a payroll Officer you will make an impact on the day to day operations for employees and director.
- Monitor time and attendance in accordance of an flexible working approach.
- Execute various reward packages, including our flexible remuneration and alternative mobility plans.
- Take full ownership of the payroll process.
- Support HR Business Consultants on HR and payroll-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree and/or significant professional experience.
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English
- Good knowledge of Belgian payroll taxation and social law, enabling you to provide advice on topics such as career interruptions, holiday pay, leave, and overtime.
- Interested in automation and applying new technologies to enhance employee support efficiently.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Eblox and Workday is a plus.
