Onze ambitie? Bedrijven en overheden begeleiden bij hun transitie:
  • energietransitie: door het energieverbruik en de CO2-uitstoot te verminderen
  • digitale transitie: door installaties te verbinden om ze efficiënter te maken
  • industriële transitie: door de productiviteit en het beheer van technische installaties te optimaliseren
Functieomschrijving Equans zoekt een Operations Community Manager om zijn teams in Brussel te versterken.
Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch en gemotiveerd team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het bevorderen van operationele uitmuntendheid en het verbeteren van processen binnen Equans.
Je zult reizen in België en geniet van veel autonomie in de uitoefening van je functies.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • 50% van de tijd: Training van de Service Entity Managers (OM)
    • training van Operation Managers in analytische boekhouding, inkoopprocessen (contractuitvoering en contact tot contract), gebruik van bedrijfstools, etc.
    • inhoud creëren: samenvatting over belangrijke onderwerpen gezien in training, maandelijkse publicatie van een nieuwsbrief over een onderwerp voor de OM
    • organisatie van tweetalige face-to-face trainingen
    • e-learning type trainingen creëren
    • de inhoud van de trainingen zal aangepast zijn aan de problemen die op het veld worden ondervonden
  • 50% van de tijd: functie van OPEX Business Partner / Community Manager
    • naar de site gaan om de problemen te analyseren die Operation Managers ondervinden met betrekking tot processen, tools en rapportage, om hen te helpen hun winstgevendheid en kennis van interne processen te verbeteren…
    • het contactpunt zijn voor de Managers
    • een vertrouwensnetwerk creëren met de OM
    • een OPEX welkom (Operationele Excellentie voor nieuwkomers) creëren
