For this job

As part of an agile and dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to take an active role in the company's development.

You will check the completeness of requirements.

You will define the test strategy and describe test scenarios to be executed.

You will coordinate test execution by (internal & external) teams and prepare test cases to be further automated.

You will transversally define and deploy standardized methodology, governance, and processes to build a strong and reliable testing capability.

You will manage testing professionals and oversee the development and execution of test strategies.

You will ensure that our products meet high-quality standards.

Your Profile

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent experience.

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a testing or quality assurance environment, in test management & test methodology.

You have a strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and automation.

You have knowledge of the technical application landscape (at least for one domain) and at least a basic understanding of IT platforms, technology solutions, IT (development) standards, and software development lifecycle models.

You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

You have a very good knowledge of French, English, and Dutch. You can adapt to the languages spoken by different people.

You are a dynamic and open-minded person.
