Je bent een people manager die een team leidt met passie en expertise. Als strategische spil in de organisatie draag je bij aan de vorming van onze langetermijnstrategie, waarbij je methodieken en externe marktinformatie aanreikt en verwerkt om de competitieve positie van Port of Antwerp-Bruges te versterken.
* Je combineert externe netwerkinformatie met interne bedrijfsgegevens en commerciële context, waardoor je altijd een helder beeld hebt van de commerciële uitdagingen en opportuniteiten op de lange termijn
* In jouw rol adviseer je niet alleen over middellangetermijnsuitdagingen, maar je bouwt ook actief mee aan de commerciële strategie van de organisatie. Door onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen, zorg je ervoor dat onze haven een sterke competitieve positie behoudt
* Daarnaast ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het toekomstgericht commercieel beleid en aanpak op het gebied van market strategy and intelligence. Met een innovatieve mindset werk je binnen de algemene beleidslijnen en beschikbare middelen, om doelstellingen te behalen en te overtreffen
* Je vertaalt niet alleen de commerciële strategie naar operationele doelstellingen, maar je initieert ook programma's en projecten om deze te realiseren. Jouw meetbare objectieven en adviezen vormen de basis voor een efficiënte werking van de afdeling en het behalen van gewenste resultaten
* Als people manager creëer je een motiverend werkklimaat waar initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling worden gestimuleerd. Je zorgt voor efficiënte teamwerking, terwijl je bouwt aan een resultaatgericht en transversaal samenwerkend team. Met jouw klantgerichte aanpak en duidelijke communicatie creëer je niet alleen vertrouwen binnen de organisatie, maar bouw je ook een uitgebreid en actief netwerk op. Je bevordert de operationele uitmuntendheid en legt de basis voor partnerschappen op lange termijn. Profiel * Je behaalde een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
* Je hebt 7 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
* Je hebt een grondige marktkennis en inzicht in business processen
* Grondige kennis van de werking van een haven is een must en je bent op de hoogte van de belangrijke ontwikkelingen en trends binnen het havengebied
* Je denkt sterk conceptueel en hanteert een helikopterview
* Je bent klantgericht, teamgericht, resultaats- en veranderingsgericht
* Je hebt ervaring met multifunctioneel werken en in het aansturen van projectgroepen
* Je hebt een pioniersmentaliteit met een sterke toekomstgerichte visie. Je weet eveneens lange termijn te verbinden met hier-en-nu-doelstellingen
