Validation et optimisation des modèles de machine learning :
- Développer des protocoles de test rigoureux pour valider la précision des modèles prédictifs.
- Optimiser les performances des algorithmes en ajustant les hyperparamètres.
- Assurer l'intégration efficace des modèles dans l'environnement de production.
- Développer et implémenter des nouvelles techniques d’intelligence artificielle (LLM, GraphML, …).
Mentorat et leadership:
- Encadrer les membres juniors de l'équipe en science des données.
- Organiser des ateliers et des sessions de formation continue pour partager les meilleures pratiques et les dernières avancées.
- Contribuer activement à la stratégie de croissance de l'équipe de data science.
Accélération de la maturité analytique de l'entreprise :
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus analytiques existants.
- Promouvoir l'adoption de standards élevés en matière de traitement et d'analyse des données.
- Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour intégrer la science des données dans diverses fonctions de l'entreprise.
Innovation et intégration technologique :
- Évaluer et intégrer de nouvelles technologies et outils pour rester à la pointe de l'innovation.
- Piloter des projets de recherche et développement pour explorer de nouvelles méthodologies de traitement des données.
Profil Vous faites valoir, au minimum cinq années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la science des données. Un doctorat en informatique, statistiques, mathématiques ou dans un domaine pertinent est également requis. Cette expérience et cette formation académique doivent inclure une expertise pratique approfondie des techniques avancées de machine learning et d'analyse de données.
Vous avez des connaissances dans les domaines suivants :
- Maîtrise avancée de Python et SQL.
- Expérience confirmée avec les frameworks de machine learning (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, …)
- Compréhension approfondie des algorithmes de machine learning (ML classique, DL, LLM, GraphML).
- Une connaissance des techniques de MLOps
- Une connaissance des services du cloud.
- Une bonne maîtrise de linux
- Une connaissance des outils de visualisation.
Vos excellentes capacités d’analyse vous permettent d’interpréter des datasets complexes et d’extraire des insights pertinents.
Vous êtes capable d’adapter votre style de communication aux différents stakeholders et de communiquer des concepts techniques à des publics non techniques.
Enfin, vous possédez une maîtrise du néerlandais, du français, et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Offre
