Context We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a new strategic customer loyalty initiative within the retail sector, including the development of a web platform and a mobile application.The role is strongly business- and marketing-oriented, with a focus on customer engagement, Omnichannel experience, and value creation. MissionManage digital projects related to customer loyalty and retail marketingDrive projects end-to-end: ideation, planning, execution, go-live, and follow-upEnsure delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and qualityCoordinate marketing, business, IT, and external partnersManage risks, changes, and dependenciesLead testing phases and user acceptance with business teamsEnsure alignment with PMO standards and governanceCustomer & Marketing FocusTranslate retail marketing and loyalty strategies into digital solutionsWork on customer journeys, Omnichannel engagement, and mobile usageActively propose improvements to enhance customer experience and retention Profile5+ years of experience in digital or IT project managementStrong experience in retail digital projects (web and mobile)Background in customer loyalty, CRM, or marketing platformsFamiliar with Agile methodologies and modern digital ecosystemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, customer-centric, and results-oriented mindset
