We're looking for an experienced Software Solution Specialist / IT Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value IT initiatives within a dynamic, international environment.As a key technical expert, you will drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of software solutions across corporate business domains. Your role includesFit-gap analyses to assess configuration vs. custom developmentTranslating user stories ⇒ functional & technical requirementsLeading software integration across systems & platformsCoordinating with vendors, architects, and development teamsContributing to solution architecture & product roadmapEnsuring compliance with IT security & technology standardsSupporting testing for domain-specific features when needed What you bringEducation & languages:Bachelor's/Master's in Applied IT (electricity specialization = strong plus)Fluent French or Dutch, with excellent EnglishExperience:Several years as an IT Project Manager (RFI/RFP processes, product selection, implementation oversight)Strong experience with standard market software productsAbility to collaborate with architects & developersProven expertise with Prince2, Agile methodologiesSkilled in writing functional designs and specificationsYour strengths:Analytical mindset & strong organizational skillsExcellent communication—technical, conceptual, and management-levelCustomer-oriented, autonomous, able to work in international & remote teamsWillingness to travel abroad a few days per monthCuriosity for the latest IT advancementsNice to have: Experience in the energy, electricity, or asset management sectors
