In het kader van haar groei is Solufak op zoek naar een Magazijn Verantwoordelijke om haar afdeling Purchasing & Logistics in Willebroek te versterken. U rapporteert aan de Purchasing & Logistics Manager van de Groep en hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:


  • Het beheer en de optimalisatie van het magazijn van Solufak, meer bepaald:
    • Stockbeheer.
    • Dagelijks en kwalitatief gebruik van het ERP-systeem.
    • Leiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team, zodat jullie samen de huidige en toekomstige logistieke problemen kunnen oplossen.
    • Rationaliseren van algemene aankopen, contact met de leveranciers, opvolgen van bestellingen.
    • Contacten met interne klanten (opvolging van dossiers, praktische vragen) en interne Logistieke team binnen Solufak.
    • Bijdrage aan de maandelijkse reporting van de KPI's.
    • Je neemt initiatieven ter verbetering van de werking van het magazijn.
    • De binnen- en buitenopslagruimten reorganiseren, en zorgen voor een optimaal onderhoud ervan.
  • Beheer van de verificaties en wettelijke controles van de veiligheidsuitrusting.
  • Beheer van de gebouwen: voorbereiding en opvolging van de werkzaamheden in verband met de site van Willebroek (met inbegrip van het administratief gebouw): planning van de onderhoudsbeurten, wettelijkse controle, herstellingen, contacten met externe partijen (privé of openbaar, afhankelijk van het probleem).
  • Dagelijks beheer van het wagenpark van bedrijfs- en bouwvoertuigen van Solufak te Willebroek in samenwerking met de interne Fleet Officer.
  • Dagelijks beheer van de gereedschappen en materieel van Solufak te Willebroek, met name:
    • Opstellen onderhoudsprogramma's.
    • Beheer van de tool voor de opvolging van gereedschappen.
    • Beheer van meettoestellen.
    • Nazicht op de controle en periodieke keuringen.

  • Je behaalde een technisch beroepsdiploma (A2) of een bachelorsdiploma (A1), richting logistiek of mechanica of ervaring in de functie .
  • Je hebt +-5 jaar gelijkaardige ervaring in logistiek (voorraadbeheer, magazijn) en vlootbeheer met een administratieve component (met name behulp van een ERP-systeem).
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de aspecten in verband met de veiligheid van de medewerkers.
  • Je hebt de nodige ‘hands-on' mentaliteit en steekt mee de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je beschikt over het organisatorisch talent om magazijnwerking kritisch te bekijken en te optimaliseren indien nodig.
  • Je beschikt over een vlotte computerkennis (Word en Excel).
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent van nature communicatief en assertief.
  • Kennis Odoo is een pluspunt.
