Your roleAs an Information Security & Risk Officer, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and maintaining the company's Information Security, Risk Management, and IT Service Continuity strategy.You will work within the CISO team and report directly to the CISO, collaborating with Business & IT teams, Enterprise Architects, DPO, and Internal Audit. Main responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain ISMS Policies, Standards, Procedures, and GuidelinesImplement cybersecurity standards aligned with the CCB Cyber Fundamentals frameworkEnsure compliance with regulations such as NIS2Coordinate security projects and provide tactical advice to IT and non-IT initiativesManage security incidents and coordinate forensic activitiesPromote security awareness across the companyConduct information and IT risk analyses and maintain risk registersLead IT resilience and disaster recovery initiativesAssess and improve IT Service Continuity and recovery readinessYour profile:Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor with relevant experience)Open to both junior and experienced professionals - motivation and skills matter more than years of experienceKnowledge of ISO2700X, ISO31000, NIST, ITIL, Cyberfundamentals, COBIT5Broad understanding of IT infrastructure (datacentre, GCP, Azure)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsPragmatic, reliable, and team-orientedFluent in French and Dutch - a solid base in both is requiredExperience with third-party risk management is a plusLanguages: French / dutch / english (professional level) What we offerPermanent contract in BrusselsHybrid work model: 50/50 remote - 2 to 3 days telework per weekCompany car, meal vouchers, insurance packageStable and healthy Belgian companyCollaborative and supportive work environmentProfessional growth and learning opportunities
