Une entreprise en croissance active dans la construction industrielle et logistique en Flandre occidentale renforce son équipe et recherche un Project Manager Build expérimenté. Mission Vous prenez en charge la phase d'exécution de projets industriels/logistiques : préparation technique, coordination TCE, sélection et négociation avec les sous-traitants, pilotage opérationnel et relation client. Vous garantissez la réalisation du bâtiment dans le respect du planning, du budget et des exigences techniques. Responsabilités clés Finalisation des plans et études d'exécution Consultations, comparatifs et négociation des offres Coordination TCE et suivi quotidien du chantier Suivi financier et reporting Interlocuteur principal du client durant l'exécution 5–10 ans d'expérience en conduite de travaux ou project management TCE Expérience confirmée en bâtiments industriels ou logistiques Pratique solide des consultations : demandes de prix, comparaison d'offres, négociation et sélection des sous-traitants Maîtrise de la coordination multi-lots et du suivi technique Néerlandais courant ; français opérationnel Connaissance de BIM/Autodesk en lecture appréciée CDI Package selon expérience : environ 3 800–5 000 € brut/mois + voiture et autres avantages Environnement moderne, digitalisé, équipe à taille humaine Français, BIM, Logistique, Planning, Analyse, BIM, Projets industriels, Autodesk, Autodesk, Aanbesteding, Management, Budget, Uitvoering, Onderhandelen, Néerlandais, Bouw, Coordination, Frans, Construction, Conduite de travaux, Logistieke sector, Planification, Suivi technique, Budget, Pilotage, Rapport, Werfopvolging, Nederlands
