HYDRIA (+/- 70 werknemers) is een autonome overheidsorganisatie die actief is in de milieusector. Zij staat in voor het verzamelen en zuiveren van afvalwater in het waterzuiveringsstation van Brussel Zuid (Vorst) alsook voor het bestrijden van overstromingen, alles met het oog op het verhogen van de levenskwaliteit van de inwoners van het Brussels Gewest.
In het kader van de ontwikkeling van haar activiteiten zoekt HYDRIA een:
Facility Manager (M/V/X)
- Voltijds (38u/week)
- Regio Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest
Binnen de Administratieve et Financiële Directie creëer je de functie van Facility Manager om - met het oog op kostenoptimalisatie - een werkomgeving te creëren die voldoet aan de behoeften van de interne klanten en de waarden van HYDRIA (service, veiligheid, duurzaamheid, welzijn). Dankzij uw technische, organisatorische en intermenselijke vaardigheden staat u garant voor de levenskwaliteit op het werk.
De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
- Gebouwen beheren als huurder (hoofdkantoor in het centrum van Brussel) of eigenaar (waterzuiveringsstation Brussel Zuid in Vorst) en toezicht houden op het werk van onderaannemers en externe dienstverleners,
- Optreden als centraal aanspreekpunt voor HYDRIA-medewerkers/leveranciers/eigenaars van gebouwen en voortdurend met hen communiceren,
- In samenwerking met externe dienstverleners, de uitvoering, coördinatie en planning verbeteren van diensten die essentieel zijn voor de goede werking van HYDRIA: beveiliging/toegangssysteem, verwarming/klimaatregeling, schoonmaken van werkkleding en lokalen op de twee huidige locaties, herschikking - indien nodig - van kantoren, beheer van verschillende soorten voorraden (kantoor/cafetaria), enz,
- Het wagenpark van het bedrijf beheren met leasemaatschappijen (contracten, voertuigonderhoud, claims, enz.),
- Samenwerken met de juridische afdeling om toezicht te houden op de verzekeringsportefeuille met betrekking tot de industriële activiteiten van HYDRIA,
- Meewerken aan het opstellen van technische clausules voor contracten met betrekking tot je verantwoordelijkheden,
- Samenwerken met de financiële controleurs, analyseren van afwijkingen in het budget van overheidsopdrachten met betrekking tot “Faciliteiten” en corrigerende maatregelen voorstellen,
- Je kennis regelmatig bijspijkeren om innovatieve technische en organisatorische oplossingen voor te stellen.
- Masterdiploma of bachelordiploma – Richting : Facility Management (diploma of gelijkwaardig equivalent erkend in België).
- Ten minste 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving.
- Succesvolle ervaring op het gebied van facilitair management (gebouwen, technische uitrusting, wagenpark, benodigdheden, etc.).
- Zeer goede beheersing van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…) en internet.
- Kennis van het principe van overheidsopdrachten is een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, vermogen om zich aan te passen aan verschillende soorten mensen.
- Het vermogen om te organiseren en te controleren.
- Je kunt kritisch omgaan met bestanden.
- In staat zijn om zonder stress te werken en deadlines te halen.
- Nauwkeurigheid, dynamiek, autonomie, betrouwbaarheid, assertiviteit, het vermogen om regelmatig rapporten op te stellen, een oplossings- en resultaatgerichte persoonlijkheid.
- Een goede kennis van het Frans (gesproken en geschreven) is een pluspunt.
- Snel beschikbaar.
- Een contract van onbepaalde duur [38 uur/week] .
