Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het commerciële plan van een toonaangevende verzekeringsgroep? Als Commercial Excellence Project Lead ben je de rechterhand van onze commercieel directeur en neem je een actieve rol in de uitvoering van commerciële initiatieven. Je bent in de lead voor de opvolging van projecten, de coördinatie en de communicatie met duidelijke impact op onze commerciële werking.Projectmanagement Je piloteert en coördineert commerciële projecten en -initiatieven, met focus op inhoud en commerciële impact (niet IT-gerelateerd).Realisatie van Commerciële sleutelmomenten en communicaties Je bent in the lead voor de inhoudelijke uitwerking van commerciële sleutelmomenten naar onze Sales-Equipes, zoals Sales Updates, Sales Meets & Connects en Sales Days. Je adviseert in aanpak en impact, bent in de lead voor de volledige uitwerking en zorgt voor sterke commerciële boodschappen, presentaties en impactvolle communicatie.Coördinatie & opvolging Je ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van het commercieel jaarplan en bewaakt de realisatie van actiepunten en deliverables. Ondersteuning directie Je werkt mee aan actieplannen, presentaties en interne/externe seminariesErvaring & kennisRelevante ervaring in een B2B-omgeving, bij voorkeur in de verzekerings- of financiële sectorKennis van distributiemanagement, change management en projectmanagement.Vlot met MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).TalenZeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans (begrijpend, gesproken, geschreven).TalentenHands-on, organisatorisch sterk en resultaatsgericht.Communicatief, commercieel ingesteld en vlot in samenwerking met diverse stakeholders.Analytisch, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.Autonoom en zelfstandig- Contracttype: onbepaalde duur- Werklocatie: Antwerpen in combinatie met thuiswerken Desguinlei 92, 2018 Antwerpen- Extralegale voordelen: De P&V Groep biedt heel wat extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering, ecocheques, een bedrijfsrestaurant, een cafetariaplan, flexibele werktijden en telewerkmogelijkheden, maar ook personeelskortingen bij verschillende partners (en een auto voor bepaalde functies).
