Als Technical Service Delivery Administrator werk je operationele processen uit voor specifieke toepassingen. Je installeert en configureert de infrastructuur die nodig is voor het hosten van de toepassingen.
Nadat deze services in productie zijn gegaan, monitor je ze om de kwaliteit, performance, veiligheid en stabiliteit van de toepassing te waarborgen. Je komt tussen bij een incident. Deze taak voer je uit in samenwerking met jouw team en de infrastructuurteams.
In overleg met de projectleider waarborg je de technische continuïteit van de toepassing en voer je de nodige tests uit. Je bent in staat de benodigde scripts of queries uit te voeren en de technische documentatie te schrijven.
Je formuleert proactief technische verbetervoorstellen voor de infrastructuur.
Ten slotte zorg je voor de integratie van de service in de toepassingen van klanten om een juist gebruik van de service te garanderen en je ervan te vergewissen dat de werking goed begrepen wordt.
Je treedt op als technisch expert en adviseert collega IT-professionals en gebruikers.
Uw profiel
Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met volgende technologieën :
- Kubernetes/Openshift
- OS-beheer (Redhat Linux, Windows Server is een pluspunt)
- Ansible
- Netwerk & security
- Scripting (bash, powershell, python, )
- Databases (installatie en configuratie): MariaDB, SQLServer, Postgres
Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
Je kan in teamverband maar ook zelfstandig werken.
Bovendien ben je leergierig en bereid om je kennis uit te breiden.
Je drukt je vlot uit in het Frans en het Nederlands.
