Your tasks:

Implement ServiceNow solutions/projects within Randstad Digital and our customers and perform with a high autonomy level

Maintain and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities in line with industry and ServiceNow best practices

Advise customers, colleagues and team members on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes

Work closely with other consultants or internal employees to maximize value and ROI

Provide proactive mentoring and coaching to the junior consultants and consultants who are cross-skilling and upskilling within the ServiceNow technology

Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices.

Stay informed on the latest technical developments within the ServiceNow technology by attending events, webinars, classes

Your profile

Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience in ServiceNow

CSA certification

CAD or any CIS certification

ITIL 4 foundation certification

Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS

fluency in dutch and english

Preferable qualifications

Experience of building integrations between ServiceNow and third party applications (SAP, workday)

Experience with configuring demo instances within DemoHub

Understanding of AI, Gen AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform

French language proficiency is a plus
